Schedule, Timings And Live Streaming Details

The IPL 2024 is now only one sleep away. The fans and the players are buzzing. Everyone is excited to be part of and witness the greatest, biggest, and richest T20 league in the world.

Started in 2008, the IPL 2024 is the 17th edition of the tournament.

MS Dhoni’s CSK, who are the defending champions, will host the tournament opener at Chepauk in Chennai. CSK will take on Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli’s RCB for the first match of the season.

While the IPL is about to start, the BCCI has yet to release the full schedule. Last month, the board announced the schedule for the first 21 matches, slated from March 22 to April 7.

The remainder of the schedule will be announced after the Election Commission of India announces the General Election dates. The election is likely to take place in April and May. The BCCI is confident to host the rest of the tournament in India, while there were reports of shifting it to the UAE.

The final is likely to be played on May 26 in Chennai, though it is not confirmed yet.
