Rohit Sharma And Virat Kohli Start Dancing Like Never Seen At The Wankhede Stadium

Indian Cricket Team under Rohit Sharma scripted history as they became the first team to win the T20 World Cup undefeated. They were absolutely brilliant in the T20 World Cup in Carribean and USA and beat South Africa in a nail biting final by 7 runs to clinch the trophy.

This put an end to the 11 years drought for the Indian Cricket Team without an ICC trophy. After the final, two legends of the game, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who have held the batting line up for the national team for the last decade, announced their retirement from T20I cricket. Then, Ravindra Jadeja also joined them and announced his retirement from T20I cricket.

It was an emotional and heart-warming moment for a cricket crazy nation like India. The fans were patiently waiting for the trophy after they have been deprived of it in the last 11 years by the closest of margins. Team India have reached the final and semi final on a consistent basis but have not managed to pass the final hurdle. They beat all the teams in the 10 games till the final of the ODI World Cup 2023, but suffered a heartbreaking defeat in the final against Australia. So, this victory came as a fresh air of happiness for the Indian fans and the players as well.
