Sanju Samson was one of the most popular inclusions in the T20 World Cup squad, given his consistent performances in the IPL 2024, where he showcased both longevity and a good scoring rate. Shivam Dube, known for his middle-order hitting, was also added to the squad.
Jasprit Bumrah, who is fit and eager to perform, makes a return, along with Ravindra Jadeja, who has recovered from his injury during the Asia Cup 2022. Additionally, Kuldeep Yadav and Mohammed Siraj have been included in the squad.
