India nurses the second highest number of diabetics in the world. For most diabetics, fighting the slow-killer disease involves sticking to pills for life and staying away from some foods. But does that help? Is there an alternative? 70-year-old Madhu Sudan Sharma, has found a way to deliver his punch back to diabetes. This is a story of hope.

Madhu Sudan Sharma is an outlier among his peers. On most days, the 70-year-old travels to work from Thane to Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex.
