Shanghai property agents busier after city relaxed purchasing policies

It has been two weeks since Shanghai loosened its purchasing restrictions on residential properties on December 15. Property sales in the city have seen an obvious recovery.

According to Chinese property agency, the daily average sales of pre-owned apartments in Shanghai in the first week after the restrictions were loosened jumped by 27 percent compared with November.
